Andrea is both an Osteopath and a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in hands-on, patient-centered care. She earned her Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, where she developed a keen interest in the body’s ability to heal and adapt through manual therapy. Building on this foundation, Andrea pursued advanced education in osteopathy at the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques, completing a four-year intensive program followed by a research year. Her thesis explored the effects of osteopathic manual therapy in the treatment of Cryptogenic Organizing Pneumonia, reflecting her deep commitment to evidence-informed practice.
Andrea’s diverse academic background also includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University. Her multidisciplinary education allows her to approach healthcare with a unique blend of analytical thinking, clinical skill, and a deep understanding of individualized treatment planning.
With years of experience, Andrea integrates osteopathic principles and massage therapy techniques to support her patients in reaching their movement, recovery, and wellness goals. She is passionate about helping people feel and move better, whether they’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or optimizing athletic performance.
Outside the clinic, Andrea enjoys running and spending time outdoors with her dogs. Her active lifestyle fuels her appreciation for functional movement and contributes to her holistic approach to patient care.
